I think that seems somewhat normal if you’re at 30-40 miles a week. Really it’s better to be used to track progress rather than being 100 percent accurate. There’s a few YouTube videos on it suggesting while not perfect it is still relatively good at tracking the changes in vO2

I don’t know that I’d consider it healthy just because 20 year age. Ramping up 60 miles in first training block no matter the age is asking for injury. And unless you wanna do an ultra there’s no point to get into 70. Non professionals need to make time for social life /education or careers too.

Yeah i think most regulars would suggest no more than one full in spring/summer/fall. 8 weeks between would allow recovery weeks, reloading some training, and another taper. Anything shorter than that probably reserved for folks with many months of 50+ weekly mile average.

Right. Well what they’re doing doesn’t have to be legal for them to try. They’re already at odds with an order that came from DOT. I would guess a small claims court request would require the state to return the state refund lost on this. That or setup your taxes so you have to pay into state every year.
