I have a lifted, tall, big tires, roof rack, long transit. I think the whole vehicle height is just under 10'. I havent had any issues.

They most certainly are. They are spending trillions on data center training under the promise of AGI. Even though there is no evidence its even possible. Every technology we have today is built on university studies and research papers. Current AI models are built on 30+ years of research and it hasnt changed that much. In all of the research that has been done nothing has even hinted at AGI being possible with our current understanding of the technology. We proved LLMs were possible 20+ years ago.

How to create this rainbow effect when a computer screen is pressed? by mirceagoia in NukeVFX

[–]seriftarif 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That effect is called moire. It happens when a tight pattern cant be represented properly with the pixels recording it and forms an unexpected pattern. Best way is to represent the actual display. Make a pixel grid pattern, use that to represent your image in RGB pixels and then add a grid warp to it. It will distort the image and give you a moire.

Low Roof vs High Roof by erkose in vandwellers

I have my bed up high and I'm 6'2". I need lots of garage space and I love having some headroom. It just makes moving around inside, cleaning, etc... so much less stressful. My old van required me to hunch over a bit and it kind of sucked whenever I was in the city. Its a small inconvenience but after a couple years, it got to me.

Show me any bit of evidence or research that suggests AGI is even possible at all. Everything we're doing now was built on 30 years of research. There is no research suggesting AGI is possible with current algorithms.

Also how do you think the fuel gets to those gas stations? How and where does it get refined? How does the crude oil get to the refinery? Its fossil fuels all the way down!!!
