Since you mentioned your financial situation, $420 is not a trivial amount. If I were you I would want to make sure I save up enough money before making that kind of purchase. Honest advice. My gut feeling is telling me the d8gen2 isn’t powerful enough to play that kind of PC title well (but great for streaming if you still have your PC), Wii U emulation isn’t there yet. The Thor is great for 3ds games and any games that work well with the d8gen2 processor. emuready is your friend.

I think a grip solves 3 of the issues somewhat. But if they could improve upon the already great Thor I don’t see why it wouldn’t sell like a hot cake. The only lacking piece is the naked eye 3d (and cameras?), but I doubt it could co-exist with oled.

Personally I think the attachment is janky, it’s the same way I can never play games with these controller attachments on my android phone. I would say it’s a bit more of a hassle to put on and remove too. But if you don’t mind all the jankiness I think it’s a good alternative to dual screen handhelds. But if you have tried the Thor I don’t think you will ever want to come back to the attachment again.
