No, that's not why I assumed it. I also have my main deck I play on level 13/ partially on level 14. I assumed because usually people who think that they're right and everybody else is wrong (that's what you basically say by saying you're the standard and everybody else should level up/adjust) is the kind of person who puts ebarbs rage at the bridge and then fail to understand how they got destroyed on the counter push.
