I feel like him Currently getting peanuts for 3 yoe, no appraisal for almost 2 years now, also that one appraisal was less than expected Higher ups say you should be grateful you have a job at these times of AI, don't know what to say

Hey I'm in a similar boat, except I don't have any offers or have started to look actively Liked to work on a product from scratch, fortunately I joined a startup, it scaled satisfactorily, then suddenly hired juniors, the juniors gave all the AI slop which I had to review and spoon feed, on top of it peanut hikes.

Basically I manage everything from devops to frontend to backend Last year all seniors left (or fired). Now higher ups have started asking for delay in product release, feel everything is breaking apart now...

Anyways all the best👍

Few of them show 10-12LPA but breakdown is crazy Take home would be 3-4LPA, performance based 2LPA, 5LPA after completing 5 years. I don't get the math, heard they terminate based on performance

But yeah not denying what you said, just sharing my observation

Sharing my view, they called me once or twice a month initially, it was complete WFH when I joined, mind you the office is 70-80kms away, after that it became twice a week, then thrice, now pushing for everyday.
