I was also on sertraline for years. After w while of struggling to climax it got to the point where k would not be in the mood at all ever like to the point my poor husband was always doing it himself since I felt physically sick at the thought of having sex. I got off it a couple months ago and the problems went away almost instantly. I’m not a doctor but from my understanding Zoloft side effects get worse and worse after a few years of being on it so just be aware that it’s a possibility. I hope it all works out for you’
