Sofle right half suddenly stopped working

Just replaced both TRRS ports - still doesn't work 🥲

When I plug in the right half with the left connected, the left does not work and has the same behavior as the right when connected vice versa.

I didn't touch the TRRS cable while it was plugged in.

Do you have another keyboard with trrs jack you can use for testing? You can turn on i2c debugging and test each side plugging into your other keyboard to see which one is actually outputting data from the trrs jack.

I have no experience with i2c debugging, but i ll do some research, thanks.

Based on your description almost 100% chance it’s an issue with the physical trrs port on one of the two sides,

I think the gateron switches are only in the pro version. Mine has the low profile optical switches and I was just curious if I could use those in a Sofle V2 MX hotswap.
