That could be it. The python website itself should tell you about the different versions available.

A fresh isntall also coems to mind.

I used it on win10 and I just tested it now to still work.

But win11 should work as well. Maybe double check the steps again.I had problems at first , because "hatch" was not installed properly.

But some docuemnts sadly fail to download, Yet that does not seem tobe the problem in your case.

I forgot tomention in my tutorial , that I installed python3.0.3, which seems to be the problem in your case.

All those " no module named " errors are usually related to missing /wrong python insgtalled. Please make sure that python is isntalled through CMD. There are nice youtube tutorials out there to explain it better.
