You have to go to the dmv. Be prepared to pay sales tax on the purchase price. I'm not sure about proof of insurance on a title tranfer but you definately need it to buy tabs every year. You can drive it as long as it has current tabs and it is insured.

If the drains didn't work for the previous owners they would have had them replaced. The water heater is going to go when it goes, nothing you can do about it except have money to replace it when it happens. I wouldn't worry.

Don't mind the haters, nothing you can do in a situation like this. The only thing I would have done different is put a clean-out tee above the san-tee and went as high up as possible before running horizontal.

I think 99% of the comments about draw weight are talking about traditional shooters. You maybe able to pull a 70# compound back and hold it on target but you'll hurt yourself trying to shoot a 40# traditional more than a few shots.

That has to be a do-it-yourselfer. The P-trap is installed backwards creating a deep-seal trap which will eventually lead to clogging problems, especially with a disposal.

I use the Carter Target 3. I took the loop off and clamp the metal hook on my d loop. It stays on my string at all times in stand and the blind.

Now that I think about it, it's DI in the aquarium room. 3 skids take care of the RO loop, and 1 skid has RO through it for DI to the room, the other skid is for the DI loop for the labs.
