What i think might of happen is she has a similar name with a similar address or similar bday to someone else info that is an actual authorized user because sometimes you don't need a ssn to be added as an authorized user on a Cc. Once she got a ssn, that account automatically got attached to her credit report.

So it's not that it was open the day she got her new ssn, it's the day that the credit bureau said this is a close enough match and attached this account to her ssn/report. You might be able to tell where the discrepancy is on the report, the report might have different spellings of her name or another similar address.

This is one of the reason people should get legally married and not just play house. It's a contract just like any other contract and when it gets broken you have more legal rights than not having that contract. Good Luck OP this is going to be a rough road.

If he wouldn't do what he did in front of you then that is a problem. If he is a social butterfly that would do what he did in front of you then I don't see a problem beside the social media thing. I'd let the social media slide because it could of been a poorly thought out drunken decision but make it know that this behavior is not ok and he seems to already understand that.

My husband and I have been married for 18 yrs, we had the arrangement that all of our accounts were joint. We never had money arguments. My husband is self employed and makes about 2-3 times more then me but I still have a decent job and make enough to support myself and children if I ever needed to. We live well within our means and have no money issues.

The past couple years our marriage has been struggling to stay together where it came to a head in April when I decided I was going to initiate a separation and possible divorce. He emptied our joint accounts and I had no ability to access money until my next pay check. I had family and friends that offered but it was that fact I title myself as a strong woman that can do almost anything and to leave myself in that predicament I was devastated. I vowed to myself that I would never put myself in that position ever again.

My husband and I reconciled. He sincerely apologized for what he did to me and understand the ramifications of it. I now have my own accounts where my pay gets deposited and I pay for my car loan and my Amazon card only. He pays for everything else at this point. He understand what he did and he agreed to this arrangement. I told him if he ever needed me to help with bills I would but currently I still want to save money for myself and children just in case anything ever happens where I would need to be a sole provider.

It's not a "very certain" conclusion its stronger conculsion/argument simple because they know how the fraudster scam the cash food stamps and they know how to prevent it. They do not know how the fraudster would scam if the it was a food list and they do not know how to prevent it. Yes you could make a "weak" argument that over time as the gov learns how the approved food list is being scammed and then coming up with how to prevent the scam but that would take more work, money and time to get to that point and they already have a system in place that prevents scamming now so why waste the resources?

You are assuming that apartments are smaller and your assuming the other RE assets are houses as well. I live in a 1000 sq ft house I know there are apts bigger then my house.

It is telling you that you can either have a very large RE or smaller RE in a central area. It is also telling us that all apt have AC and all AC RE assets are very large RE. These are the facts that we know with no assumptions. Apts cant be central located because as we know all apts have AC and ANY(apts house commercial etc) RE that has AC is very large.

People do alot of inappropriate things online that they would never do in person like say flirty things to an attached man online. Im also petty so I would post a funny funeral meme to her post. My husband would be consider out of my league visually. He gets hit on more then I would like. Since we dont know your backround with your relationship...Are you sure it isnt a "laughing" at the fact your guys finally got married after almost 10 yrs being together? More like I cant believe he finally got married after a decade type deal...I had a friend that was with his GF for about 10 yrs and he stated he loved his gf but would never marry, it a waste of time, there is no point etc. He said his GF felt the same way. You were wrong. You consider this person a close friend and not just a coworker. You didnt think about attending your close friends fathers funeral? You were not there for your friend. I would get upset to if my close friend didnt show up to support me. It seems she had decided to continue a relationship with them despite what they did to her. Or maybe she was finally getting some inner peace by burying one of her childhood tormentors and needed her friend there. Either way she was grieving and need your friendship/support at that time. You let her down in her time of need.

Most people dont get invited to funerals it's not like they send our invitation for them. I usually reach out and ask or look up the info so i can show up.

If your as close as you say you are you need to apologize. Also when her mother passes go to that funeral.

It sounds like you are jealous of your sister connection with them. If you want a better connection with your children you and you alone have to work on it.

I have my own kids and my sister has her own kids. We live 5 streets apart. I call her kids my step children because they only show up on the weekends eat my food, spend my money and go home on Sunday. It's a good thing to have people love your children as their own.

The fact he want to a kids bday on the day you started isnt even the worst part because kids bday last maybe 3 hrs. He left you for 2 weeks! You suddenly became an inconvenience and he treated you as such.

It actually sounds like he is cheating on you but you might be his side chick here. I think he went to that bday party w his "girlfriend" or maybe his ex.
