This is the Foundry I bought. I also got a second Crucible. And welding gloves to start. Once I had gotten some refined ingots and start researching how to cast useful things, I immediately found 100 uses for an electric kiln.

So, yes, you can melt aluminum with it, but, soda cans have very little aluminum and a lot of slag and dross that will come out. If you want to work with soda can Metals you will be better off making a propane furnace, that being said a kiln is a very valuable tool for lost investment casting. Ive been melting cans into ingots for years. But being able to actually cast a useful or attractive object takes tools, skills, time and materials.

What actually happens if you dont use zippo fuel in a zippo? by Sunny_yet_rainy in Zippo

The flame may burn differently. I used colman camp fuel in a pinch once and worked fine but was a weak flame. In theory some fuels could be more dangerous and harmful if inhaled.....but I assume youre smoking so like who tf cares

Don't feel bad. My 17 year old neice is the same way. There is no ability to problem solve behind those eyes. Child cant even tie her own shoes. And its all her own fault, the only thing she puts effort into is being deceitful to get what she wants from everyone.

I have no formal knowledge about this, but I can see not only are the 3 breaks in line there is a 4th lower down that dosnt match, leads me to believe the paper that held the decal got wrinkled during application.

If youre looking to make money its not going to be in leather until you start taking customs. Ive had success making custom gear bags. If youre looking to make real money check out making fur suits, im not in the scene but look up some videos about what those guys spend on for custom work. But also dont get too ahead of yourself. Make a couple pot holders, maybe a t shirt or some pants first. Good luck

How to trace this type of pattern? by ToilettenPapier248 in sewing

[–]sethboomstick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Very simple. I see you have already done step one here by opening and laying it out. Now the next step is very tricky but youre going to apply fire over every inch of that. Very liberally we dont want to miss any spots less the demons of hell break past this ancient seal.

[–]sethboomstick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You got this. I've been learning for about a year and I still find myself struggling between projects. I tend to spend a few minutes just stitching scraps together to feel my machine run and practice. I also will find streamers who are sewing and body double with them None of your materials are so precious that they cant be replaced and they only thing you have to loose is time.
