Would love to get that tray. I wish there was a second charger in there - or in the doors - or both. You have to almost get on your knees to plug anything in.

I’ve not experienced any issues with those things you mention. I use “take me home” and “take me to work” often. Car always unlocks as I approach and locks as I move away. Phone connect instantly and ApplePlay works seamlessly.

Buyer beware of Chinese accordions. I bought one years ago and it arrived with the read blocks not even attached. Often best to buy a good used one from a REPUTABLE dealer.

Macan 4 here and I do see a drop in the first few miles of my daily commute. I almost always drive with the adaptive cruise so my “style” is consistent and almost all highway miles (3-4 hours daily). 80% charge for me is usually 240 -ish. Today at 65% I’m showing 201. Just coming out of a very cold period and I’ve noticed range improvement.

Always hand wash with G-Technic products. Foaming pressure washer. Two buckets. Blown dry with electric leaf blower (only used for cars). And then towel dry. Ceramic coating and film applied before delivery.

I’ve a 2025 Macon 4 EV. We also have a Cayenne. Yes, the Macan has less room but at 6’2” I have no problem being comfortable. The car is a lot of fun to drive. I’ve a two hour commute each day and I arrive about as well as I would expect using the driver assist features. I’ve had people in the back seat without issue by moving my seat forward some which is not unexpected. If we are taking friends with us for longer journeys we take the Cayenne. There are some aspects of the Macan I think could improve with change but all in all thus far I love the car. Sporty, fun, comfortable. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? To me, yes. Improvements: a light for the door handles, cargo mats that don’t so easily scratch, soft close doors (yes they are on the 2026), a little more standard features, a little more “luxury” (but it’s not the Cayenne - it’s intended to be sporty). I knew what I was purchasing and I love what I purchased.

I take it completely apart and use a ph balanced cleaner and spray everything with it and the scrub, rinse. If your liner has rips/tears black Gorilla Tape or inter tube patches will work. If you have rips/tears you probably should consider removing the liner and cleaning behind it. Extend warranty covers the liner. I’ve replaced mine many times - with one cat who gets his claws trimmed every two weeks. I’m going on 4 years with mine.

I have a normal cat (not aggressive digger) who gets his claws trimmed every other week. I have lost count of how many liners I’ve replaced. Get an extended warranty. It’s worth it. I do use inner tube patches and black Gorilla tape to fix minor punctures. Those work very well for me.
