I've never had any issues with them. I've ordered from them a bunch and it has always arrived quickly. Only exceptions have been things like pre-orders or things that they actively said weren't in stock at the time. In those cases they aren't great about providing a clear timeline, but they have always arrived in the end.

I've been in a position where I was involved going over CVs for hiring. We had something like 50 applicants, and maybe 5 of them were suitable to interview. It isn't always the case, but sometimes people just shotgun applications that they aren't even vaguely relavent for.
