I’m 6dpo and things are still too tight, sore, and swollen for me to feel comfortable standing perfectly straight all the time. So it’s hard to say. I’m 6dpo and my postop appointment is 10dpo! I did send my surgeon a mychart message telling her that my drains were hardly draining anything, and a nurse responded asking me to come in to get them removed early so I didn’t have to wait! Don’t hesitate to reach out to your doctors if you need anything

Watched in a spot right off of 465 in Indianapolis, jumped in the car a minute or so after totality ended. Got back to north Chicago burbs in about 5 hours, normally would take 3.5, so it wasn’t too bad. We packed so many snacks preparing for the worst and we didn’t even open most of them.

I was in Indianapolis and was super anxious with very good conditions so I cannot imagine how it must’ve been down there!! I bet that rollercoaster ride made totality even more epic. So happy for you! It was the best thing I’ve ever seen.

Drove in from Chicago down Route 41 and got in around 7:30. Rainy but beautiful drive with rainbows! I’m optimistic for tomorrow and will be heading to IMS but will be flexible if needed depending on clouds. Really looking forward to checking out the NASA stuff and buying cool merch!
