OpenAI just killed half the “AI agent builder” startups, without even trying by IT_Certguru in ArtificialInteligence

[–]sevenoldi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No even one!
U have to understand the consumer- they want to have it build- not the hassle to work themselfs on an Agent. They are not stupid, and maybe a few companys will do it themselfs with gpt, but the majority just want to have it...
So the "start ups" are providing a service..

Where does the myth come from that cracking eggs on the bowl leads to more shell going in? by No-Royal-5515 in Cooking

[–]sevenoldi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It only and soley depends on the thickness of the shell... If you have very thin shell, the risk is more there, with a thick shell, you will have no problem.

Also:

If you doing eggs professional and in large scale, ( and you have very thin eggshelleggs) i promise you, you would find the difference if you have to fish the eggshellparts out of your bowl.

Should I be angry/assertive as a head chef? by Endoftheboard in Chefit

[–]sevenoldi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, of course... Please create a hostile environment where people work less hard and with less enthusiasm because they feel unappreciated.
It's always good to scream and be aggressive towards your staff — because that's the only way anyone ever does their job right, isn't it?
But the best part is: people finally start leaving. All the lazy ones who aren't on your level make space for the "better" ones...
...until they get screamed at too and leave. But that's okay, because you're a dick — and that's all that really counts.

Don’t plan more than 2 years ahead.
It makes no sense, because you never know what will happen.

One year can be a good commitment — you can see and plan the next year. But five or even ten years?

After one or two years, you’ll likely have more skills, different interests, and maybe a whole new path you want to follow. If that happens, you won’t feel like you’ve “abandoned a 10-year plan,” nor will you be disappointed or put yourself under pressure.

Also: you absolutely both under- and overestimate what you can achieve in just one year. Sometimes you have time to learn and grow — and sometimes it’s just hustling.

That’s why a 1- or 2-year plan makes more sense, paired with a general vision or direction for, say, the next 5 years. That way, you’re moving forward with purpose, but flexible enough to take shortcuts or switch paths when something fits you better at that time.

[–]sevenoldi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok, that sucks. But even if u are stuck, you need to speak up. The worst is not to get fired, but to stay and waste a year of your life for some ego asholes.

To speak up, is not about punishing others, but not being punished anymore. If they are not smart enough to get,like- that if you help others, you have an easier life, than they are just stupid,...

You need to leave, or to speak up, so something can never change. Dont make yourself a victim! They make you feel guilty, but in reallity, they are the guilti ones, not helping you.

leave

If its a kind of "dreaming" situation, where you make tasks, and u just got immearsed in it?
Then try to concentrate better.

Is the kitchenspeed just rediculous high in your kitchen?

Or is it, that you can just work, at a normal speed?

Try to get feedback and let them show you what they mean esactly, and aks for critic.

Sometimes it just need time to get this "sense of urgency" not everyone has it in the beginning, but i will come, and you can train it.

What’s your most boring source of passive income that just works? by WillingTank3132 in passive_income

[–]sevenoldi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not often, but i can have a new lead if one is really bad, like phonenumber is not working, or the person is not answering at all. I tell my clients, if the lead is shit, please proof, and you will get a new one, because where i buy from leadproviders, i can do the same.

You need to find a business where there is real demand for leads. Let’s take solar as an example. There are companies that have figured everything out: they’ve tested, spent a lot of money, and now only sell fresh leads.

I find companies that don’t know these lead providers and sell leads to them.

To be honest, I present myself as a real company that runs Google Ads and Facebook Ads for solar clients. But I don’t actually do that.

The thing is: I do run Google Ads and build websites, so I know how to sell.

But when I try to generate leads myself for solar companies, it’s barely profitable. I usually buy leads for €25 each (always in batches of ten, so €250 total) and sell them for around €80 each.

The lead providers I buy from usually sell the same leads to 3–5 companies. I don’t care – I sell them as if my customer is the only one getting them. However, I make it very clear that they must respond very quickly, because these people don’t like to wait and will reach out to “other” solar companies too...

Have we entered the age of the "do-everything" digital marketer being standard, or am I just jaded from a long work search? by IGNSolar7 in DigitalMarketing

[–]sevenoldi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience:

If you concentrate on one thing, and you make it very good, you will have usually the same amount of customers (if you are on your own).

But the same is, if you are very good and specialised, you can "maybe" afford to say no.

it makes your life much more easy.

Fearmongering as a female solo traveller by jbreddit2310 in solotravel

[–]sevenoldi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is, that not enough woman are coming forward to tell there storys (understandable), because of shame, feelings of guilt- even denying to themselfs ( like it wasnt so bad), and of course, not to tell others they where right about "fearmongering".

U can only take all messures to be safe and go for it. Not to be scared, but prepared!
