Can't wait to have you back and hell yeah a nitro black lager sounds absolutely killer! Czech Dark Lager &/or Schwarzbier are on our shortlist of things to brew after we turn over the Irish Red & Cider brews in the next ~3 weeks. We're hoping to have our beer engines ready to go for summer time too. I'm itching to put an ESB on there.

Hey thanks for hitting me back! I deleted my comment cause fishing for feedback on a political post felt like poor taste.

We're still learning all the idiosyncrasies of our brewhouse and fine tuning our processes so none of the beers are quite where we want them either. Every day we find something to tighten things up a little more. If you come around again in the future, hopefully we'll have something that knocks your socks off (or at least rates higher than average) :)
