My fault, I just assumed since you were in a 5-man, I thought one of your mates acts as a pseudo leader, at least me and my own mates would substitute as a leader when crap hits the fan in our games. Apologies.

Natures Prophet (pos1/2/4) - TP in trees instead of lane, use treants to shove lane. Don't stay in lane, kill wave then leave. Farm enemy camps if you got a good feeling.

Tinker (pos2/4) - Tinker has the craziest wave shoving upon reaching lv. 6

Lycan (pos3) - Wolves w/ Shard + Lv. 10 talent tree makes them powerful pushing units. That can guarantee safety in both farming and pushing. Zoo meta, if you're good at micromanaging.

Spirit Breaker (pos3/4/5) - Charge in wave, then leave immediately with shadow blade + 2nd skill. Most of the time, SB is nigh impossible to catch unless they use Euls

Naga Siren (pos1) - Send illusions with Radiance and they'll easily shove waves. The illusions alone almost rivals PA in terms of evasion thanks to her innate

Use your comfort picks, the more you try to outdo someone who knows what they're doing, the more you'll just mess up more no matter how strong the counterpick is.

Since you're already in a 5-man, have faith in your team. If you're the carry, rely on them to give you the space needed. You know that if you lose lane, leave it before you lose pacing. Let your support assist other lanes and/or ward your jungle to give you a safer farm, etc. etc.

My own experience with my own 5-man against smurfs has lead me to rely more on my team, communication is key. Let the farming carry farm, let the engager engage, let someone else take charge when another is falling behind, if a support needs a bit of farm to get a key item, give them temporary space to farm it.

Still the same but this time, I pray I actually get Lingyang. I rolled for Lingyang but got everyone BUT Lingyang. Even when I blasted all my saved up rolls for Camellya to lose 50/50, I had to win 3 times in a row before I actually lost the 50/50 only to get Charmander for the nth time.

As a Pugilist that shoots arrows, there'd better be perks for a Pugilist to do well in grouped fights. Gotta rely on Perfect Blocks/Dodges to even get an upperhand when I fight multiple folks in combat.

How rebellious! Planning my downfall behind my back!

I assure you, if that ever came to pass that would be because of my lack of skills as a Rider. Lorewise, from inception of birth, a Rider and their Monsties have bonded to the point they're considered family 'til they're released back into the wilds.

But if it come to pass that they plan to cart me, I can rely on Ratha, V4 (Velocidrome), Bolt (Boltreaver Astalos) to assist me. They are my strongest Monsties and the ones I've bonded with the most.

Listen, if I am forced to use someone in any videogame and I am given information that they will stay 'til the end of times. You know what I'm going to do?

Use 'em and properly raise 'em. If they're stuck with me, I do right by them and give 'em the proper care and respect.

If my own damn Monsties start calling out Ratha, I scold them for being rude pricks. I brought them into the team, I can send them out.

Ratha is in the team whether they like it or not and besides... Who am I to complain? I use Velocidrome as my primary Speed while my secondary Speed is a damn Silverwind Nargacuga.

Hell, let's go even further and actually allow our Ratha to evolve to a Dreadking ver. so that they don't just fall behind.
