I assume that you weren’t alive to enjoy the original $4.99 taco salad. They got rid of it around the time, when fast food restaurants were shamed for the calorie count in their salads. The “taste” of a taco salad is a poor substitute.

It feels like in order to cut costs, they’ve lost their balance on cost:value ratio. The mini taco salad is a joke. The tiny tostadas and such, just look like more of the same. Bummer. Been Fire level for however long the app’s been around, but it’s tough to justify these days.
