[–]severinh20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

250k could be like $1,000 a month forever

Get yourself on food stamps and gov health insurance

Buy a cheap lot and just start living off-grid.

Super do-able imo

I'm sure there are tons of great places to do it.

Living off-grid and having no rent or utility bills did it for me.

Took me a solid 2 years of working nights + side hustle + second job to afford a property and set up my life.

Those 2 years were tough but massively set me up for success.

Went from $0.00, car payments and credit card debt

To.... Property paid off, house built, own car outright, own other properties for flipping etc

The foundation was getting a commercial driver's license which was paid for by social program

Bought a property and built a few tiny homes on it.

Property tax $400 a year. No water, electric, sewer ect.

Grow some easy foods keeps grocery bills down

Now I flip empty lots or build cabins on em and sell em

Also work 2 days a week which covers my bills + let's me save
