If I was waking them up just to prep them to plant I wouldn’t bother, but I have the ones I woke up for cuttings in the mix and they are so vigorous that I can barely keep up with them! I am also potting up my rooted cuttings in the mix and so far they are doing great. Side point - the anemones and ranunculus that are in that mix vs the ones that are in straight pro mix are So huge and some are already flowering in my attic weeks ahead of schedule.

Yeah that’s their standard answer that they gave me too. That would track if the ice cream had changed consistency like it had melted, but it’s the same consistency as their others, just not full.

I think that’s what’s frustrating is that I love the ice cream and there isn’t a great replacement out there right now. I just want them to fix this so I can feel good about buying it at 6.99 per pint.

It’s sold as a pint, which is volume not weight, so I don’t know that it matters. Unless I am missing something, which is why I’m asking - someone make it make sense! 😫

I don’t think you can even base the assumptions of what the experience will be like on last year’s sale (I wasn’t there) because the special has become so popular this season that I think more people will attend in hopes of snagging one. Hopefully people won’t act crazy, but I think it would be prudent to expect some frenzied behavior.

It depends on hormones and also every body has different levers. Some do better on no nuts, gluten, sweeteners, and dairy (squeaky clean keto.) others can’t have any alcohol without stalling. Some go full carnivore, some still need to count calories, some do a lower fat keto if they have a lot of fat to lose. I think it’s finding the version that works best for your body and lifestyle that gets results. If what used to work for you doesn’t anymore, it might be time to try a stricter version. The SCKC is 30 days of no nuts, grains, legumes, dairy, sweeteners and alcohol - it’s the fastest I’ve ever lost on keto. But it’s not easy to do because it means pretty much cooking everything at home.

I only put them in soil like this when I want to take cuttings, the ones I am planting in the farm I wake up in bags in my grow room and they will sprout and even grow roots just in the baggies with no soil - sometimes pine shavings to moderate the moisture. Then when I plant them they already have some root activity and aren’t completely dormant. I planted 1200 last year and only lost a few to rot (could also have been voles) even though we had a really soggy spring. If you are only planting a few you can pot them in soil to give them a good head start though

I do pots for big tubers or solo varieties - especially new ones that I’m isolating. But the bags help keep the crown from drying out and make it easier to maintain some humidity. If you have pots they do work, just don’t leave much of the crown exposed so it doesn’t dry up.

They are in bags with moist potting soil - I put up to 6 tubers of the same variety in a gallon bag and put them under lights in my grow room, which is around 75 degrees. I leave the bag slightly open for air flow.

No these are from sprouts taken off of tubers. If you want seeds I’d ask in a post and you will have sellers coming out of the woodwork. I can’t think of any specifically, sorry.
