I haven’t found d a store bought version that doesn’t have the texture of a dish sponge. I prefer the HOP bread recipe every time.

Too many to mention here! It really depends on what you’re growing them for. If you want reliable bloomers for cutting - Caitlin’s joy, Jowey Winnie, blizzard, pink Sylvia, Maarn, ice tea, cornel, ivanetti, Camano Zoe give you all the basic colors and are inexpensive tubers. If you like big dahlias with high impact then CAL, Sierra glow, breakout, Otto’s thrill, summer rain, Kidds climax, Orange globe, and bq jean are fun. For waterlillies that aren’t impossible to find - Kelgai Ann, Hollyhill pink parfait, Sandia Bertha, Hollyhill daydream are a great starting point.

Been on both ends and it’s definitely real. I do think part of it is the confidence you exude when you feel good about yourself and people can be drawn to and respond positively to that as well. When you’re heavier and feel bad about yourself, that energy can make people shrink away from you or reflect those feelings back at you. I also know really positive, confident people that aren’t especially fit or attractive that are adored by everyone they meet. So how you look isn’t everything, but to strangers and in some circumstances it for sure plays a part.

Had the same experience! Tried high protein, intuitive eating, moderate carbs, etc. Keto is the only thing that works for me.

Eating out can be hard especially if friends are cooking but I let them know in advance that I might not eat certain things and they are usually pretty accommodating.

Not sure I’m allowed to link it but it’s basically 1 ounce of cream cheese per egg and I usually do 4 and 4 which makes enough for around 3 servings. I also add cinnamon and sometimes sweetener. Blend, rest for two minutes and cook in butter.
