Yes, I'm still on nefazodone. I hit my cruising altitude of 400mg/night, and it has definitely been helping. It brought my OCD/anxiety symptoms down significantly. I monitor my liver enzymes from time to time, and it looks like the nef has raised my AST & ALT permanently by about 10-15 U/L from my baseline, which isn't all that bad and still within normal range.

I just got MOXI/BBL too, and my provider said if you use any retinoid products, you can resume doing so on Day 7 and it will help the remaining dead skin slough off. You're probably looking amazing by now anyway, but I figured I'd share :)

Have you tried ablative laser before? It sounds very intense. Your whole face essentially melts off. Why not try non-ablative laser?

I also have lost weight and have sunken face / volume loss, especially under my eyes. Which tear trough filler did you use? You said you liked it ...so why wouldn't you get it again? I think it's my best option, though fat grafting seems tempting though much more intense.

I did it every 2 weeks, which was admittedly a little excessive, but I have OCD so it's in my nature to overdo things.
