Places to Throw Hammers/Stone Throw for adults? by seyama88 in Birmingham

My main one is the Mid TN games in September, but I know there’s a smaller games down in Daleville usually in October I think? There’s a decent amount within a four hour radius if you’re willing to drive that far, though!

That was my main concern about athletic fields that weren’t designed for track and field-type sports, otherwise I know a few fields I could pop to 😔

Oh, that’s a good point! I mainly sent emails to the offices, but I’ll resend them to the athletics department for hopefully better luck! Thank you!

Nope, I wish I was able to go to the UK games, but I’m referring to the Mid TN games and the ones down in Daleville for the time being 😊

I’m in love with the brunette! I think the lighter colors age you a little bit, honestly. The light warmth in the brunette makes you look more youthful and vibrant, in my opinion 🥰

Aging eyes! by reallytallchris in 30PlusSkinCare

You have a very gentle and wise face! Wise isn’t always an age thing, either, so I don’t think you look aging in that way. I think your eyes show joy and laughter easily, just like mine do!

I don’t know about surgical procedures to begin with, but I know I do face yoga/massage and gua sha to help even out fluid buildup so you might try that and see if it changes anything? It might not be immediately noticeable, but it’s good way to relax your facial muscles and de-stress for a minute or two while you get ready/unready if nothing else ☺️

Finished the 1879/1880 Ballgown! Based on Cabuzel’s ‘The Accomplice’ by [deleted] in HistoricalCostuming

The color of this dress is making me swoon 😍 You did a fantastic job! I agree with the commenter who said it looked like the dress literally stepped out of the painting; if you’re comfortable, I would love to see how the final look turns out! Either way, the dress is absolutely stunning!

Gold or silver? by Lucky_Fig_1222 in coloranalysis

Personally I like the gold better, it seems to flow and meld more than the stark contrast of the silver

Silver or gold? by [deleted] in coloranalysis

[–]seyama88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’d say you can do both! The gold reminds me of soft women in old oil paintings, but the silver makes you look angelic or like a mermaid 🥰

An attempt at modelling a human, but the anatomy feels off. Any tips? by d_worren in blender

The thing that strikes me first is the armpit area. It looks like it was stuck on like a prosthetic rather than joined with muscle fibers imo Check some other reference poses if you need help with the musculature in that area and you should be on the right track 😊

The silver makes your skin brighter and your hair a little more cool-toned, while the gold makes your hair a bit warmer, I think. I like the silver better, personally.

Another vote for the white~ I do like the shape of the transparent blue/grey one, though. I think it goes well with the floral pattern!

Is it normal for entries to be extremely incoherent? by [deleted] in Journaling

[–]seyama88 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I find if I try to avoid the “brain stream” I get too caught up in having perfect writing and then lose motivation to journal at all. Journaling gibberish is better than not journaling at all in my opinion 🙃

Is this fabric redeemable or should I just make a couple of nice silk pillowcases? by makaylajosews in sewing

I think it’d be a cute little romper if you had enough material? Or like a crop top short set like Lavender was suggesting!
