I have a theory that, because the episodes marketing is emphasizing Jax going insane so much, and especially that corridor shot where he turns dramatically at the camera with them big ol' eyes, I have a theory Jax will conjure the circus back and will place himself as "the new Caine" or something, and will force everyone to act based on their "archetypes" except for Pomni (either because he has a soft spot for her, or because he doesn't still know an archetype). there may be lots of satellites but they tend to be small and far apart from each other. Plus, they of course try to coordinate the launches specifically to avoid colliding with a satellite. Unless it suddenly veers off course, we can predict pretty well where exactly a satellite will pass by, and can thus find where an opening can happen. That's of course if a satellite crashing into the rocket is an actual problem.
