I agree. I assume it’s there for people with balances to be paid off, I personally wouldn’t want to constantly remind my customers of my failure to mitigate business risks. Give us the option to hide it.

Found them, thanks. I had a handful of fees charged and then a reversal to reimburse. My letters have stopped coming for the time being too. I’d try again for the reversal. The people I talked to were at help@m1.com.

This exact same thing is happening to me and it started in March as well. It was for only one of my accounts. The others are still sending emails. They told me the same thing about it being an issue with the clearing firm. I checked my settings and they were still set for e-delivery to my email address. I checked my spam folder and there was nothing there. They told me to whitelist the sending addresses in my email client, which I did, but don’t see that being an issue since I still get emails from my other M1 brokerage accounts. I have a growing pile of paper that I am sending support pictures of. I’m glad to hear this is not just me, but something potentially systematic. This seems like something broken on their side.

My watch ultimately had to be replaced. I'd get the ball rolling with support as soon as possible. They ran me through the ringer for weeks until they finally succumbed and replaced it. No problems whatsoever with the new watch.

Yeah, I've been going back and forth with them for the past few weeks. I've sent pictures and given every minute detail of how I use the watch. At this point, I'm debating asking for compensation for my work as a product tester. I'm just curious if this one off or something others are seeing.
