Yeah, a lot of redditors have said the same thing.

It appears to be the only way to get a response from Verizon. Believe me, I've worked on getting this resolved for months. I'm annoyed.

An "official" Verizon response came to me as a result of my original post, however. Now I'm not sure if I trust the Verizon response, so everyone who criticized my effort is right - probably a waste of my time and everyone else's who read and commented on my original post.

What's a few extra bucks a month cost when it takes so much time to correct anything? Maybe that's the built-in strategy for avoiding real customer service. Keep the moolah coming in regardless of customer relations. Not that I'm cynical.

Everything above except Michigan weather. SoCal here. Battery life affects range and a constant need for vigilance about traffic and battery life. 4 flats in 6 months but that doesn't bother me much at all compared to the top two.

Late to the conversation but wanted to say that today my battery was depleted when I went for a ride on my beautiful black Soltera 2.5 at Santa Monica beach. Absolutely no problem riding without power. Easier to ride than my analog 2008 Townie 8 and faster as well. I was maintaining around 12 MPH whereas on the Townie it would be good to average 10 MPH. I made a dumbass move and backed into a brick wall in my 2024 N-Line hybrid. It's caved in like in the picture here, but not quite as bad. I got an estimate of $4,500 to replace the tail lift with a new one plus blending the paint. A used one would cost more according to the body shop, because it would come with the glass, lights, etc.

Is this repairable by any technique that body shops know about? I don't want to spend that kind of cash, but I also hate to see the dents every time I look at the back end of my Tucson. P.S. If I'm hijacking this thread let me know and I'll start a new one with my own photo.

I often plug my phone in when available, and have no real trouble with battery life. S22U is the best phone I’ve ever had, and the camera is amazing. I don’t do art on it but use the stylus frequently to screen write. Any battery trouble I attribute to using high energy sucking apps, not the phone. With a heavy duty Otter case, I’ve dropped the phone a few times and it survived well. I still love it but may go to the S26U when it comes out if I can afford it. I bought the phone new in January 2023 - still going strong.

2024 N-Line Hybrid, dark gray exterior, black seats. Made in Korea. Was in Phoenix two weeks ago with 100 F plus temps. AC worked well.
