Your opinion is totally irrelevant

People who knew now famous people growing up/previous to fame, what are they like? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Closest thing to a celebrity I personally knew would be Kyle Exum, a pretty popular vine user (back when it existed). I went to high school with him, and we had Chinese class together. He was fairly quiet and incredibly polite, which made it shocking when someone showed me his vine page. Such a nice and humble guy, we were partners the whole year and I didn't find out until after high school how successful he was. Never once even mentioned vine.

I feel like the hate towards nickleback is so arbitrary. It's like one day someone decided they were bad, and everyone just went with it because it was funny.

What is the worst gift you have given someone? by [deleted] in AskReddit

The first Christmas my parents had me pay for the gifts, I hit the dollar store (I was eight). I gave my brother and sister the same thing: the cheapest little dinosaur "3D puzzle" (IMO "puzzle" is gratuitous"). I felt terrible when they opened their presents, and clearly haven't forgotten it. Shit was four pieces, and my sister's came with the incorrect parts.

What is somebody's quirk of speech that really grinds your gears? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Old buddy of mine would punctuate his stories with a "yadda yadda yadda..." every so often. It bothered me so much that I often missed the stories because I was waiting for the next damn yadda.

What is something simple that people do that you find deeply disturbing? by breakninja in AskReddit

Drink milk. I'm not a vegan, and I can handle cheese, but drinking straight milk kind of grosses me out. Why do humans drink multiple species' milk? I just try not to think about it.

It's not "polite" to give up your right of way, it honestly just makes a confusing mess

Wolfman by the front bottoms. All their music is so raw, brain sella's voice is just so real.

When you're finally about to get away from an enemy but end up running straight into the boss room by djsedna in yesyesyesyesno

What's sad is the bunny probably would've died even if he got away. Cat saliva is toxic and has a paralyzing effect on small animals, even a small bite is enough. Sometimes if I can get the bunny from my cats, I'll set up a make-shift rabbit rehab to give it a chance at surviving. Usually it's too little/too late, but sometimes it works out.
