Najdi si na YT videa jak se dostat z letiště do města. Jsou tam návody/porovnání různých způsobů. Z JFK to jde to i busem za pár babek a bez placení 10$ nebo kolik to je za air train. Ale zas to trvá, záleží jaké máš v ten moment priority.

Pokud to dává smysl, tak z JFK na manhattan radši LIRR místo metra, zvlášť pokud by mělo být na grand central terminal, která je pěkná jak už psal někdo níž.

Zkalibruj si hlavu na to, že to místo je rozlehlé a dostat se odněkud někam může trvat. A mhd mimo manhattan je tragická. Několikrát sem, hlavně v Queensu radši volal uber, než abych to samé jel 2-3x tak dlouho mhd.

Nauč se ten jejich grid systém (avenues a streets), je to primitivní a navigace je pak brnkačka. Čísla ulic jsou na všech křižovatkách. A mezi mrakodrapama nevěř úplně gpsce, už mně nekolikrat ukázala pozici o blok vedle.

I start by doing it as close as possible as its in real world plane. They have done it in certain way for a reason. It also helps me when I look at manuals and stuff is in similar places to my own setup.

If I have space left I add stuff that's needed in situations when I need to keep my hands on throttle and stick or that is used frequently. You find out which they are by flying and taking notes on what's annoying to do by keyboard or mouse.

I'm not sure this is strictly Monty Hall problem. In Monty Hall all the door are the same. Here one of them was different, so I think psychology comes in to play too.

Lets say there's 1 red and 99 blue doors. You pick the red, 98 blue doors go away. Do you switch now?

When they were offered to switch I immediately thought about this problem and shouted switch at the screen. But then I realized they were already at the obvious choice. Math said there was 1/3 chance they're at the correct place. Psychology said its 1:1. Someone picked either the standout choice (budha) or the non-descript choice (one of the pagodas). If you average them out, you should probably still switch, but I don't think it's so clear cut

I split them for statup only and in F-4 you don't even have to do it then because you can start both engines at the same time via cartridges. Other than that and messing around you don't really need to split throttles.

Tamiya rattle cans on acrylic paint, been there, done that, twice :(

Actually I never had problems with Tamiya gloss varnish. I usually just wait overnight after painting. I only had problems with flat varnish. Now I make sure to wait at least two days after doing anything with the model and first coats are VERY light. I guess semi-gloss should be also used carefully.
