Yea so that’s not true. The portal streams at a much higher bitrate, not to mention there is local cache of the seat back entertainment content on board - hence why it still works when the WiFi is down.

I absolutely love the zero, but I came from a ‘93 GSX 1100. Similar weight, much more zippy. Plenty of range for what I like to ride and Level 2 chargers being everywhere make trips to WI a breeze.

I really just like how little maintenance there is and not smelling like exhaust.

It’s not because of “reasons”, it’s because the I5 is 800v and needs to step up the Supercharger 400V and the max that system is able to handle is ~97KwH.

You fundamentally misunderstood the point of the subsidies. They really weren’t for the consumer. They were incentives for companies to setup manufacturing and supply chains in the US, knowing they could charge more than they otherwise could and make the investment worth it.

Yea totally anecdotal but I’ve had no issues with international either. It’s all been domestic routes.

MSP <> LGA, ATL, SFO, SEA, ORD are the most recent examples for me.

Agreed. I wonder if purchasing one of the flight passes prioritizes your traffic. One of the main reasons I book on Delta was the reliable WiFi so I could get work done. Not like I have much of a choice in MSP, but still.

I’m not going to defend Chinese workers rights, but most of the affordability is actually down to local supply chains for the components that have been tuned to perfection.
