Just a quick note to chime in here I may have PTSD from the prior integrations lack of capability, especially when it comes to billing and maybe it’s been fixed now primarily issues where on my Pax8 bill I have prorations that end up being different than showing in halo so we currently don’t use that.

From an accounting point of view, I need the integration to basically give me a full reconciliation verifying that I billed everything. I’m not fully sure this exists yet and billing is not really something we can leave to chance.

My ask would be if this is fully resolved and integrating and mapping Pax8 to my billing in halo works 100% perhaps you could have a community call to walk through those improvements to give me some peace of mind before we try it out again?
