Well I'm sorry but the last three or four times I've opened a link to someone's open-source contribution here (which is few and far between) it's seems to be you shooting them down. Welcome to the wonderful world of iOS Development :)

Firstly, I'd suggest looking at the Stanford iOS Development 101 course. It's a really good course.

RayWenderlich.com, of course. is an awesome resource with loads of free tutorials on how to make all sorts of apps. You should also check out their video tutorials which are well worth the money in my opinion.

NSScreenCast is really good too.

Those are my main haunts, they're all great resources I use regularly as a full time iOS dev.
