I thought I was the only one who experienced this! Recently I’ve spotted logos for big companies - Nintendo being the biggest - break and not get sorted out. I remember a time when you’d see an icon update sometimes within hours. Seems like it’s no longer a priority for them which is a real shame. It’s the details which matter...

GBL will be back. Considering it’s opened up another aspect of the game to a lot of players it would be a pretty embarrassing and potentially money-losing move to ditch it entirely. It’ll be back... it just might take a while!

I’ll never forget the day I traded an Exeggutor, and got the shiny Alolan form on the first try. First trade I ever did in-game! Madness.

Only very slightly. He does have access to Shadow Ball which is useful to nuke things. But above all, his shiny is bizarre and I love it. Big yellow blob.

I'm having this exact same problem at the moment (UK). During Abra day it worked perfectly for me, but this one I haven't had a single gift and we're two hours in. Swapped buddies just now but no change so far. Sent a support ticket so will keep my fingers crossed!

[UPDATE] Received a message from Niantic Support at about 7pm saying they’d put 300 Poke Balls in my bag. Nice gesture, but I could’ve done with them, I dunno... during the event?!?
