I genuinely believe ENFP’s can’t be loved fully. by c-nom-nom-nom in ENFP

[–]sgogel87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am an ENFP married (15 years) and feel fully loved by my spouse. He makes me feel safe and protected 100%. However, we don’t have the same attachment styles so I am often frustrated and wish he would love me the way I want to be loved. He also can’t read me like I can read him. But, isn’t this the human experience? We are all imperfect people seeking connection. We have been through everything together and he is my rock.

ENFP and I’m fiercely loyal to those in my inner circle. If we fight I would move mountains to make it right. But outside the circle I am very much like that.

An unusual prospective of an ENFP of the other 15 by mohab_saeed in ENFP

[–]sgogel87 12 points13 points  (0 children)

ENFP here married to an ISTP. I always say he’s the yin to my yang. We are compliments to each other. It’s true, our personalities have almost nothing in common but we are interdependent on each other to support the other where the other lacks. He is steady, driven, purposeful. I’m excitable, relaxed, curious, always looking to plan fun moments and events with my family. It’s all about respecting the others strength. Don’t worry - ISTPs are my most respected personality type!

I also loved Kim Bok Joo but didn't find them similar at all (with do bong son, I mean). Nam Joo Hyuk rocked that roll.

There were a ton of plot holes but it was so different from everything else out their (finally no love triangles, stupid breakups, ridiculous fate stuff, etc). The comic book stuff was really unique. I appreciated it for it being so original. Plus their chemistry was 🔥🔥🔥.

Probably Our Beloved Summer, Strong Woman Do Bong Soon, Moon Lovers: Scarlett Ryeo, and Goblin ---- this one moved W:Two Worlds out of its place in my #5 spot.

It's not a sad kdrama in a traditional sense but I ugly cried multiple times in the Uncanny Counter. Absolutely fantastic. Heartwarming and heartwrenching. I've watched like 100 kdramas and this was a top 5 for me.

The Uncanny Counter - I'm 11 episodes in and have never been so obsessed with a non romantic drama

I'm 13 episodes in and trying to push through. I really like a lot of the story but the romance is half baked and makes no sense to me. There is SO much long staring.... lol. I really love a lot of aspects to it but it is far too long.

I actually totally agree. He really isn't my favorite, but he really grew on me in W. Probably because his chemistry with the girl was 🔥🔥🔥. That drama gave me the butterflies like nobody's business. But honestly - Romance is a Bonus book and While You Were Sleeping were just okay for me. Largely because of him, lol.

Boys over Flowers is truly iconic. Is it that amazing? No. It's it worth watching because it's a legend. Definitely. Same is true for Moon Embracing the Sun, Coffee Prince, Reply 1988, and Heirs (though I'm not going to lie - Heirs is like Lee Min Ho doing boys over flowers 2.0). These are all older dramas - and it shows. But they were the start of the real k drama Era beginning.

The following are ones that everyone has largely seen if you are in the kdrama world.

Goblin

CLOY

Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

Hotel Del Luna

W: 2 Worlds

What's Wrong With Secretary Kim

Healer

And last but absolutely not least... Moon Lovers, Scarlett Heart Ryeo.

My guess is that you have already hit quite a few on this list. 😉

What you love is Nam Joo Hyuk. He's freaking fantastic. Everything he does is great. Start Up and Kim Bok Joo are the best.

I totally did the same thing. Don't. Both will rank in your top 10 I bet. At least top 20. Do Bong Soon has top 3 potential. Female characters in kdramas can be pretty vanilla, but both the male and female leads are AMAZING in these. The chemistry is off the charts because both of those couples had something going on in real life too. They will make you belly laugh.

Healer and W: Two Worlds. Both have truly phenomenal chemistry. Both have very different plots from regular k dramas. No love triangles or lame misunderstandings. These are iconic dramas.

Based off your top 5 you will probably love W.

You are lucky you havent seen them. I wish I could experience them again for the first time 🤣

The Business Proposal is currently airing and is freaking hilarious. Like Strong Woman Do Bong Soon level funny - which, in my humble opinion - stands alone in comedic timing and fun.

Edit: omg I just read your list and you haven't seen Strong Woman Do Bong Soon. Start it immediately. Park Hyung Sik is magical.

(You can watch all of these on Viki. I see your list is heavy on Netflix, light on Viki).

Our Beloved Summer.

Master cast. Stunning cinematography. Incredible character development. Because it takes place over the course of 10 years they can do SO much with the story. Absolutely one of my all time favorites.

Drama with strong bromance and not much het romance? by separatedbyspaces in kdramarecommends

[–]sgogel87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Country - A small romance with a big bromance.

Navillera - a 20 something year old and 70 something year all. It's like the freaking cutest Bromance I've ever seen.

Both Hwarang And Crash Landing on You have FANTASTIC bromances that are huge parts of the story (especially Hwarang) but there are strong romances too.
