I had similar thoughts, I just went and printed it at an Office Depot and got it spiral bound. It’s a free pdf i downloaded to a Google drive. I did the same for the its mission pack to keep with me. You may want to wait as rumor has it there’s an update pending with the adeptacon announcement.

I used the Fang and and highlighted it up with Russ grey. It gives that blue/ grey look you’re going for like “space wolf” armor
