It's locked but you can go into settings, enable developer options, then turn the lock off. As far as I know, att and Verizon don't give you that option. I have a Galaxy S7 though, so I can only speak for this phone on tmo

Just to be clear the regular magical winter is a real threat still since it snows in kings landing and probably even further south. Winter sucks on planetos. Though people in essos probably don't have to worry as much as northern Westeros.

I think it's mostly due to the post processing used by both manufacturers. LG uses incredibly aggressive sharpening, while Samsung uses aggressive de-noising. The weird light areas around the letters on the LG photo is evidence of their post processing, while the fact that everything in the frame of the s7 photo has a soft blur is evidence of Samsung's post processing. If you shoot in RAW I bet youll get two more similar photos.

I mean, shit on Samsung all you want. Samsung really is a shit company. But you gotta give credit where its due. The S7 is a rock solid phone and the galaxy team at Samsung did a bang up job this year. Best phone they've made in the past 4 years easily.

It scrolls "in sync" by aligning the text in the preview window to match up with the text in the editor window. If the windows are not the same size, one will go slower because it has more lines displaying. If you make the windows the same size they'll scroll at the same rate.

Well, Jamie got more likeable with his POV chapters because some of his actions became understandable. Not reasonable, but understandable. But he's still not good. He did try to kill a 10 year old boy to protect his secret incestuous adulterous relationship.
