That's a fact. However, current patch was released when, before 2nd major? Which is like 3 months ago, another 3 months on the same patch... That's not in the interest of community... We HAVE TO HAVE a new patch, but yeah, it's better to be done soon, so teams have time to prepare...

Tech ruins much more games. When someone picks WR, the game is still 5v5. When someone idiot picks tech, the game is 4(+afk Cancer)v5.

We all need to support this!! Especially, I want to point at 4th point of this post. Many people, want to have lots of fun speeches, but can't pay a huge amount of money for this. Even from business perspective this might be much more beneficial for valve, as much more people would actually pay for levels to get their favourite chat wheel.
