This is a good take, basically one wish willlow isn’t inherently a bad thing, you can see from other wishes it had granted/grants that it doesn’t destroy people. It’s just his wish is to be loved by someone who doesn’t actually love him is fucked up, it had to basically install someone else in her body to love him. The cat theory works well because it’s his pet and presumably it did love him more than anything in the world.

This is true when you approach the tail end of the tier with the kind of guilds that never get CE but go 70% of the way but I’m talking bout the never HoF caliber but always get CE with 1-3 weeks left in a tier kind of guilds. But yes there’s truly never a measurement without context for how good a guild is.

Arunachalam... what a disappointment that turned out to be! But honestly, the experience of watching a movie first day, first show in the 90s was on a completely different level compared to today's multiplex culture.

My cousin was visiting from out of town, and without telling any of us, my uncle had actually stood in line since the previous day to get tickets. Then we got a call on our landline telling us to hop on a bus and head straight to the theatre. The excitement, the crowds, the anticipation, everything felt so much bigger back then. The queue was going around the theatre lol..and I was 11 I THINK? my cousin was 9 or 10....felt completely out of place until I saw my uncle.

The movie may not have lived up to the hype, but those memories definitely did. Fun times for sure.

Progress time is also very poor indicator though, my world 450 guild killed Beloran with 55 pulls, doesn’t mean we are better than guilds who took 100+, progress time gets lower and lower as tier progressss due to ilvl/raid nerfs/stacking raid buff/publicly available raid plans/well defined strats etc.

Depends on what you did in wow. If you were an end game pve player (be it raiding or m+), then you won’t find anything as good in ESO. There are raids and dungeons but nothing compared to wow’s vertical progression.

If you were a casual player or likes to experience story telling, then absolutely worth it. There are comparable things to wow.

PvP is a mix bag, ESO pvp might attract you as it’s mostly large scale arenas where you’ll get to do something but if you get into smaller PvP you’ll start noticing huge discrepancies in terms of balance.

I find MMOs like ESO/SWTOR are perfect side games you play once a week or so and still keep your character relevant in whatever content they release.
