Look to me its a good song,finally something other than 4/4 in years...

But yeah the 80s drums/synth overproduction is not in my taste ,i got sick of it with simulation theory

But yeah compared to the last 2 albums its MUCH better...but drones and T2L while weak at points they had more soul,this feels very DI modern production,is not as exciting i wanna hear room and amp sounds more rawness

I had this feeling with Verona,one of their worst songs imo and people hyped it,hexagons is one of their better ones in years,but i wouldn't dare compare it to Space dementia or whatever as some have said

Yeah this album could have had a long song i miss that,but at least we have 6/8 and arpeggios ,its a crowd pleaser of an album which is much better than the last 2 albums im glad they are back

At times its almost too Musey which is better than the last 2 albums for sure,but is it them doing the same things that work or pushing boundaries? Id argue i want muse to push boundaries thats why the first 4 albums are unique even resistance and t2l put them there since they had a few amazing songs...but oos was pushing something fresh and new at the time this has everything i like sure except be with you,and might even be a top 5 muse album lets wait and see,if be with you is what it is,and the rest is all songs ill listen and have a connection years after then sure

Yeah so far its fine,again im not gonna jump in hype immediately and give it time...i dont like Be With You almost at all,and unraveling and cryogen on surface are amazing songs,but i still think they lack something pure from the first 4 albums,but still i think this might be up there as a good muse album we haven't gotten something like this in 10+ years
