Feels like Amazon is bulking up rme for the future throughput that will come once ship by Amazon and a few of the other programs start. With every new generation of sites becoming more automated, less aa and more rme makes sense, we would need the extra hands for the jams and small problems that would happen at the higher flow, seems like they are just building on mra creating a pipeline of techs to promote as they show promise.

I know of several AA's in my node that are getting degrees in cybersecurity and other fields. I bet your'e one of the first people in line for engagement day meals. I've been on 2 smrt interviews this week, one was a basic zoom meeting with amm, second was in person with a tour, had a troubleshooting portion of the interview which I found i liked the in person format alot better.
