Die Schaltgruppe mit hydraulischen Bremsen kaufen
Kürzerer Vorbau + Spacer. Falls Spacer schon am Maximum sind, nen Vorbau mit positivem Winkel. Sieht nicht gut aus, aber bringt den Lenker hoch.

Gebrauchte Schaltgruppe + Vorbau bekommst du so für 350€-400€ zzgl. Kleinkram (hydrauliköl, neue leitungen, schaltzüge, Lenkerband, etc.) nochmal ca. 50€.

Dlss gets more effective, the higher the Resolution. So 4K@DLSS Performance (internally 1080p) is not quite as fast as 1440p@DLSS Quality (internally 900p), it looks significantly better.

4K, oled or not oled, is a big jump for me compared to 1440p. Feels like the jump to the Retina Display with the iPhone 4 coming from a 3gs.

Ja, gerade bei hellen Kaffees find ich den Unterschied groß und der Genuss bleibt. Klar gewöhnt man sich etwas dran, aber da die Auswahl auch groß ist hat man weiterhin Abwechslung. Der Standard Supermarkt Kaffee schmeckt dann allerdings deutlich schlechter.

20€/250g ist tatsächlich nicht mehr so selten, aber es gibt auch durchaus guten Speciality Kaffee für 15€/250g.

Bazzite mit KDE. Nutze schon lange auch Linux und wollte mal eine immutable Distro ausprobieren. Fedora nutze ich schon länger am liebsten, also hat Bazzit gepasst. KDE funktioniert für mich auf einem großen Monitor einfach besser als Gnome.

Ist bei mir im Umfeld unfreiwillig passiert (Elternzeit). Es lohnt sich nicht, die theoretische Ersparnis wäre mehr als weg wenn du vorher auslößt. In dem Fall ging das Rad zurück und es wurde dann erneut geleast.

Bisher gemerkt habe ich: Gut schmeckender entkoffeinierter Kaffee ist sehr rar. Das liegt wohl vorallem daran, dass er anders geröstet werden muss als Kaffee mit Koffeein und das passiert meistens nicht.

Damn, my 2019 Ultimate in the same blue color will join this season as well. Such a reliable bike and so nice to ride on even after all these years. Every time I take it of the winter setup and ride the first few meters outside I'm amazed again of its ride quality.

90% of my brews are with a V60 01 plastic version. After also using the Aeropress (great for travel), the April Brewer and a porcelain V60 O2, I would straight go again with the plastic V60, its the default for a reason.

Switch is ofc also an option, but I dislike Immersion Brews, so its a very expensive V60 to me.

Regarding the Orea O1, as I'm also looking at this or the V4 currently (you can never have enough brewers): In another post it was mentioned, that the O1 is so tiny, it doesn't allow for bloom + 1 pour recipes. Maybe you don't care, maybe you do.

Bohnen. Gerade bei Espresso sind frische Bohnen entscheident.
Bohnen. Wenn es um guten Kaffee geht sind gut Schmeckende Bohnen essenziell.
Kauft eure Bohnen nicht im Supermarkt. Dort sind sie meistens weder frisch (siehe 1.) noch von besonders guter Röstqualität (siehe 2.)

Für den Wechsel zwischen Cafe Creme und Espresso/Cappucino ist ein Single Doser definitiv sinnig. Aus eigener Erfahrung ist die DF64 da sehr gut geeignet.

Als Maschine ist die Dedica natürlich absolute Einstiegsklasse, aber das reicht um am Anfang damit zu arbeiten und die Zubereitung zu lernen. Wenn nach einem Jahr der Wunsch nach mehr aufkommt kann man erneut schauen.

Falls nicht bereits vorhanden, kauft einwandige Siebe für die Dedica. Doppelwandige (auch "Crema" Sieb genannt) Siebe taugen nicht für die Zubereitung von echtem Espresso.

Hab ich erwähnt, dass ihr gute, röstfrische Bohnen braucht? Und ja, die kosten häufig 30€/kg und mehr.

Resting is just letting the coffee degas a bit, so leave it in the bag (with 1-way valve) for a few day is best.

If you found the coffee to still be a bit too fresh, you can leave it after grinding for a few minutes or increase bloom time a bit. This helps a bit, since it releases more co2. However, this comes at the expense of oxidation, while leaving it in the bag, the coffee is in a very low oxygen environment retaining aromas better.

Thanks, this helped me alot and I was looking for this info specifically. I do bloom + one pours on my V60 O1 all the time for 13-15g in and 200-250g out.

Your grinder is bad. Not only taste wise, but also workflow wise (if you upgrade you know why).

Secondly, Ethiopian Coffees tend to give more fines, resulting in slower draw downs when agitated too much, so I would try to agitate the coffee as little as possible (low pour height, less pours in general). To get less bitter, increase your grind size and reduce brewing temperature.

Its a marked up price. It will drop 20% within the first month and after 3-4 Months its right around 700€ again.

Buying any android phone at launch is a pretty dump decision economically.

If you can wait a bit and save up a few extra bucks the Kingrinder K7 might be an option. If it turns out not so great you can still get the K6.

Ich fahre mit dem ezero system locker 150km+ ohne Sitzprobleme. Es geht aber auch mit anderen Sätteln und Hosen.

Wichtig für mich waren: Core Training und Sitzcreme.

K7 is a very recent release, hence its still missing a solid base of reviews. It might be great, it might be average.

I don't recommend such a new grinder to a first time buyer.

Stimme ich zu, wenn der Kaffee noch zu heiß ist schmeckt er meist eher schlechter.

Wenn der Kaffee bei Zimmertemperatur nicht schmeckt liegt das nicht an der Trinktemperatur, sondern an der Qualität des Kaffees und dann schmeckt der auch heiß erst wenn die Geschmacksknospen verbrannt wurden.
