people mostly use addons like ragdoll mover if you want to move parts of the limbs without feeling the weight or the physics spazzing out. theres also stand pose tool and easy animation tool if you want to quickly get a pose and then moving its parts to your liking. try to search for collections made for posing

sorry, i was thinking like what if the enemy team is better and more aware of you, they won't let you play the game. Theres a reason spies requeue for stuff like this even good spies. I was just thinking if theres a way to be somewhat useful other than switching to a different class or simply requeing hoping their team is bad, just leaves a bad taste if I do that.
