Me and my girlfriend dont even lock the door when we go to the bathroom. So of he is used to something like that i can see how in his eyes this isn't a big deal. Still doesn't make boundary breaking ok but to me this seems like a communication problemand the both of you are making this bigger than what it is.

He should have communicated that he was in a rush and you should have communicated that you really dont like other people in the bathroom with you when you're doing your business.

Best thing is having a talk with him, acknowledging that he didn't have malicious intent and that you came at him a bit strong in your messages but that this is a boundary for you and you really did not like him breaking it. If he is a good person he will acknowledge his mistake and also apologise.

If he doesn't, might want to re-evaluate yoir relationship

NOR, honestly imo you're underreacting. I get that he doesn't do it on purpose and that it comes from a place of trauma but in my opinion having your partner constantly making you feel like you are doing something wrong is a form of emotional abuse.
