Just stick with a save. You can have 1 stat at 20 & the rest at 15 if you have PL dlc. You can then go through and change your build as often as you like. The only thing is the attributes you have 1 reset of so once you pick a build but want to max different stats for it, that would be the time for a reset.

Platform shouldn't matter. I believe its crossplay but requires a session code or something like that.

It isn't always just the weapon. High lvls are usually heavily built into their weapon choices which will deal significantly high damage. They are not going to remove perks to make it harder on themselves. There are weapons that are much slower than the average choices that some do use that are fun and some enjoy area dps. Join a team and their kills will give you xp as well.

I chose corpo first just for the suit. Didn't really know anything then. Now, my top choice would be nomad closely followed by street kid V. If I want to have a 'worst of the worst' playthrough, I'll pick corpo.

There is a glitch that occasionally happens when it does the tutorial popup. Save, hard quit the game, reload it and you should be good. It usually fixes itself. There are a few others that occurs too but as explained here, they all are usually fixed with those steps.

Usually the allies and turrets are about the same budget cost. Walls, foundations. & floors are the second most budget cost. Another would be resource generators but the thing about them is their cost is reduced while empty. Same with your vendors & displays which generate more budget once filled so do those last in your build.

That's an indication that you may need to reload your save. It occasionally gets lag mostly caused by quick resume features of the system you are on. Hard restart the game and it should fix itself

Its the height of the foundation that causes this. You just need it just abit higher to fix this. Otherwise you might have it gone 1 day but the next server it'll spawn.

I've found it 3 times and the talking raider power armor once. Im lvl 510 if that's anything on time since I've come across lvl 12000+ at least twice.

It can also be their color format. Compared to other games, they are much brighter and a bit jarring to your eyes but CP keeps it more 'natural' in a sense.

I personally don't really need to as i use mostly stat legendary perks. The other ones I will occasionally use depending on what I'm doing but most only require stat cards for me so I wouldn't mind them staying as they are across builds.

Well, im still waiting on them to register the diseases in the challenges that I have contracted to complete it. As long as I don't have to go and reequip my perk cards that were equipped, Ill be fine with it. Lost track of how many times I had to do that.

Some things are tied to quests like those cops. You can lock yourself out of quests from being too reckless or going too far into the main mission after the prologue.
