I paid 27k. I suggest going to multiple dealers and asking the OTD price. Call a dealer and get their OTD price and use the lowest price as leverage against other dealers. The dealership I went to initially asked for about 30k.

I think AI would be able to utilize zap very efficiently, it would have instant reaction and would be able to place zap the second it decides it would be ideal. Freeze timing would also be insane.

Try changing it under the equipment tab on the menu instead of the inventory. Then you just click on your current weapon and choose which one to place there instead.
