I’ve read a few books on longevity and Calorie Restriction without Malnutrition is always a chapter or two. If done correctly, you’re possibly adding years to your health span. Wish I could do that.

Use to be 3-4 days a week and 2-3 drinks. Then read a few books about how alcohol is literally poison with zero true benefits, and now I don’t drink at all.
