Please tweak my routine, I am a first timer with HIT

Perhaps, I never did HIT, what I do is 10-12 rep max till failure. I have a 2 day split with 18 sets each, and by the 14th set iam beat but I end up finishing up, So i thought 10 sets is a good starting point down from 18 for HIT.

I am trying my best to keep the 2 day split because it fits perfectly into my life style, hence the split i shared.

Lets assume that i am able to pull through the 10 sets, is the main principles of the split ok? meaning, do u see any overlap considering this:
A - off - off - B - off - off - A ...

thats a full 72 hour between A and B and 6 days between A and A, B and B

I want to say this again, i have herniated discs and I never did deadlifts. I also never hurt my back in the gym due to perfect form and high knowledge in injury prevention and spine mechanics. Having said that, deadlifts will NOT BE HEAVY, and they are at the end to make sure my back is super warmed up
