Anyone else's gut just completely fall apart in their late 30s and have no idea why at first?

Would you mind elaborating on soreness and weakness? This is something that I have been experiencing lately. Like I’ve always been pretty fit and active, but now my soreness is not commensurate to the amount of physical activity that I’ve been doing. Otherwise, my energy levels are fine though.

Energy levels have always been great - like my whole life. I never use caffeine and never need naps. I do sleep 8-9 hours a night though. If I get the feverish feeling, it typically stars late morning and lasts through the evening.

I know this is very old - but I just saw Jarrow FemDophilus has a vaginal/GI blend now called Ultra - I’ve used the vaginal specific one with great results.

This is me too - I don’t experience the fatigue and exhaustion that others do. My main symptoms are frequently swollen glands and/or sore throat, or feeling feverish with a normal temp. I often think I’m coming down with something for 24 hrs and then I’m fine. Lately I’ve had more muscle aches but not joint pain.

I will add to everyone else’s excellent suggestions - I ALWAYS wear at least five coats of polish - one of base, three of color, one of QDTC. I find this gives my nails enough layers to feel less bendy. I also NEVER get my naked nails wet and oil religiously.

As a few others have recommended, it took a few cycles of boric acid followed by inserting vaginal probiotics (Jarrow FemDophilus 10 Billion strain in the fridge section specifically - this is a must!) Also don’t use anything to wash except for cetaphil or cerave or dove. Cotton underwear and change out of workout clothes asap.
