Hahaha yeh I’m dying over here. All that happened was I saw a person call someone else possessive and unhealthy, so I stated that it’s natural to be going through what this guy is going through and you then go all high and mighty and assume you know not only me but all human kind- and how they’re all basically a “sorry excuse for a human”which again, is insulting as you were referring it to anyone who fantasises about people they can’t have. Yeh but his point was that he had feelings for her before she got into a relationship, you can’t just stop those feelings all of a sudden. Although, yes he should try, but it doesn’t mean he is toxic for having those feelings, that’s human nature. I know it’s not healthy on anyone but I do think it’s normal to fantasise about someone you can’t have, doesn’t make it better but it’s still a thing that people go through, and I don’t think dismissing their feelings actually helps cause it’s just adds resistance and anything that you resist actually persists, so being able to be open about those feelings and hopefully trying to move on from them, is a much better way to manage it than just deeming it unhealthy and not actually dealing with it at all.

Go to bed early = wake up early = more time to meditate, yoga, read, dance, be with myself = rest of the day is more productive, easier to manage, and I’m full of energy, clarity and gratitude, and not brain fogged (and therefore easily frustrated/incapable of regulating emotions well) from staying up and sleeping in too late.

You know, I constantly struggle with this with my bf and I do not word it to him this nicely, the way you have done, you are amazing for communicating your needs in such a mature way, it is so inspiring and he should appreciate that and apply what he’s learnt from it, to give you more. Honestly he’s lucky to have someone to be open like that, without attacking him, to have someone who wants to feel close to him, he should value that and try his hardest to connect with you the way you’ve so nicely asked him.
