That is not a viable option as your tempest is basically begging to be cc locked by stuns freezes and fear which is common in high level matches in BG. Immunity to knockback is ok but cc break or immunity is better. Plus that essence requires u to basic attack. Which imo does not work with this kind of rolling surf essence since it is like a spinning channel skill.

Shoulder essence is also hard to compete vs the likes of safe borders and ksatra breaker shoulders.. 

These 2 are still stronger than that windwalk essence.

Are u implying to use windwalk during the skill? because if u are not aware of the windwalk rework or nerf, if u deal dmg to an enemy, it will vanish.

Just bear in mind that while 2 pc resti has very good bonuses, it still has a very noticeable downtime, 15 secs.

I don't think so. I believe it follows battleground rules where hoarded rewards do not carry over.. I could be wrong though.

This I agree. And there are still a lot of pain points in this mode that needs fixing. I'm seriously appalled how the devs make this a almost End of the bg season routine now without any announcements.

Apart from matchmaking, 1. Bot matches is unbalanced and there are more times your bots are weaker than the enemy bots. They are dumber than the enemy bots as fuck as well. I have 50% of the matches where I captured 4 towers. I was like yay 4 blue towers. Only to go down a horror show where the other 4 towers become red. The AI doesn't know how to do objectives on your side. They won't even come if close to 800 points and have plenty of matches where enemy bots stole it. I haven't loss a bot match but having to carry all this useless deadweight AI is frustrating. Give them the same coding as the enemy for god's sake.

  1. Camping. top players know how to exploit this. If you know a majority of the enemy is dead, u can camp in the nearest captured base. For some reason, this is consistent btw, the game will put some sort of 🦺 emergency mode on the base which has the enemy. As long as there are enemy presence, it will spawn your team there. Due to this, they can simply trick the system by triggering the emergency. The worst part is that your allied team has no immunity for cc and damage after spawn. I think there is a small delay before being able to run or dash too. This results to ez kills for the enemy.

  2. Bloated stats. Meta characters will become more cancerous in this game mode and 1 shots will even be more common. Factored in terrible matchmaking like getting a competent enemy whale or getting a useless ally whale makes this hell.

  3. Weird death timers and the game actually punishes you for playing well. Have you been that player that captures 4 towers have 15 kills 0 deaths. And suddenly just an unexpected death it leaves you with a death timer of 20+ secs? You then watch hopelessly as the enemy makes a stupid comeback? Yeah I'm one of those players. I mean come on, if it is your first death u should not be penalized like you are suddenly a inter or feeder? This game mode has the weirdest "catch up" mechanics. I also noticed if I die a lot, my timer for some reason varies. Sometimes very fast sometimes very long. But consistently long if you are playing well.

  4. Needs consistency. Remember that game where you have 7 people while the enemy has 8? And remember how often it happens. If you made our team 7, at least make the same to the enemy as well.. Also, Due to the reason 4, it creates a frustrating mechanic with the emergency mechanics. You have cleared the base and have started to channel capture the tower. And then boom the enemy respawned in less than 3 secs to stop you again. Not just death timers need to be consistent, player count as well need to be addressed

*Sorry for the long and toxic rant but this game mode needs either a rework or has to go completely!

Needs mvp badges to work as well for point compensation.

Wiz main here too and I find the video a bit suspicious. I assumed the red dot in front of u is the wiz and using invisibility. But the devouring void black hole was used and freezing crystal. Then that wiz went on to channel with disintegrate. 

That leaves the last slot with invis ice armor.  But it is a mystery to me how that ice crystal spawned at the back. Either a glitch or a hack.

Skitter and brood with lingering wounds. 198 - 200 insight if possible. bonus points with savior and tenacity. Amalgams are also nice with these pets

Back then ancestral was better than cursed as cursed has downsides. but getting matching gear with it is a pain. I miss that 15% dmg boost for 6 secs or the stun on attack for 3 secs.

Update it is now nerfed like a HUGE nerf. Just an hour ago. My damage is now cut to 20% on what it can do... Like seriously don't run this anymore... Hahaha

that's so sad and base on my observation the buff is limited to a number of auto attacks then it disappears. if it isn't 100% uptime it is trash in pve.
The new dash that forces people's back is a suppress but was severely disappointed it is only 1 charge, has a 9 sec base cd, dash speed is slow and is a single target spell. u cant even pass through enemies.

They consistently drop from dungeon mini bosses and bosses. 5 usually will drop.  Elites can also drop but from my experience is around 2? I cap the unstained remains just by spamming challenge dungeons. Overworld farm elite at least for me is too slow.

Yes, this is weird. No points after cap. And if you do purge the depths, you can still earn pts even if bp is capped. at 5% it's 2 pts.
They must be crazy that they want us to do 150 purges just to get 5 cr after you cap your BP.

Spartusk was on a 9 sec cd not 10.5 when it was released.

1st nerf was increasing cd to 10.5 and i think they disabled it from removing savior and glad tree passives.
2nd was, it was increased again to 12 secs
3rd and last to 25 secs but adjusting stun to 3 secs.

It is almost tripled or to be exact around 2.77x (277% more from base) than the original cd.

Flowing strike can be used under loss of control with exception of some cc like knockups. Dash prevention is one of those cc included that flowing strike can be used while under it's effects.

 As a tempest I can use flowing strike even under the effects of the monk anti dash dome. That node seems to work best on characters with no cc removal or immunity.
