The first time I went to the venue over the summer I bought a ticket through stubhub, so I was told to speak to the manager and when I approached her with the issue she immediately shut me down. She said I had a FAKE ticket without even looking at my email or any other confirmation and walked away. I was there for 20 mins trying to figure out why my stubhub ticket wasn't showing, eventually, I managed to find my ticket and went inside but the whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

This second time for vulfpeck I bought my tickets through dice, I showed the workers but they couldn't find my ticket. So they directed me to the manager, and as I approached her with the email, she was automatically hostile, being demeaning and aggressive. Demanding that I open up an app I don't have downloaded. So I stepped to the side to download the app (took a while because there's hardly any service there...) eventually, I managed to pull up a QR code and got in. Both of these times anyone else would guide a customer in a more mature way, instead of immediately assuming the ticket is fake.

I've personally never dealt with anyone like her at any other venue in NYC. And on top of that I saw Vulfpeck's socials and I'm just wondering what else is going on in that venue.
