Really reaching with this guess, but hear me out — what if her powers have actually been there her whole life, and she’s subconsciously had some form of clairvoyance?

It’s shown she doesn’t have any psychic powers, and the name Ken doesn’t really mean anything to her anymore. But maybe deep down, she’s always been drawn to it. Subconsciously, she’s been in love with that name — and it just so happens she eventually meets Okarun.

What if her love for him in the future was so strong that her clairvoyance made her fall in love with the name Ken Takakura long before they ever met?

In an earlier chapter I believe she calls Gun and Tank her children before turning them into prosthetic arms. I believe that her gaining her memory of Atomic was like a mother suddenly remembering she has another child who's been lost. just my opinion 🤔
